switchandwatchmodIn one universe, the Director sees Delta's logic, his cold calculations and matches him with Agent New York to temper his compassion and give a focused mind to the man who thinks too much with his heart. Initially at odds though they are, they use the time they are granted to grow together and come to know one another more closely than anyone else, becoming almost a single unit.
In the same universe, the Director matches his daughter's ambition with his own, only for her to give away the gift to the man who needed a voice. But ambition is never satisfied with being used for mere translation. Untempered and weakly challenged, Sigma takes his partner as a solid form to try and right the wrongs done to his family.
We know this universe. We know the outcomes of these decisions. Of these pairings.
So let's switch them around and watch what happens.

In this universe, he sees Sigma's ambition and matches him with the man who just lost half his vision and is determined to not let it slow him down, but is facing the possibility that it already has.
The same pieces are in play, but the board is set up differently.
Time to find out how the game will go.
